Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information Yeti Technologies ("Yeti," "we," "us") collects through yeti.co, how we use it, and the choices you have.
This policy covers our website, the forms on it, our email newsletter, and our webinars and events. It does not cover work we do with portfolio companies or clients, which is governed by the agreements we sign with them. Operating Engine, Yeti's AI transformation platform, has its own privacy policy.

Information from cookies. Some of this data is collected through cookies and similar technologies. See "Cookies and analytics" below.
We do not ask for sensitive information, such as government ID numbers, financial account numbers, or health information, through this site. Please don't include it in form messages. If we move forward on a partnership, we'll collect business information separately under a written agreement.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them to keep the site working and to understand how visitors use it. We use these providers:
- Webflow hosts the site and serves pages. It sets essential cookies for security and site function.
- HubSpot runs our forms, newsletter, and customer relationship management, and tracks visits so we can connect form submissions to site activity. It sets analytics cookies such as hubspotutk, __hstc, __hssc, and __hssrc.
- Google Analytics measures traffic and how visitors use the site. It sets analytics cookies such as _ga and _ga_*.
- unpkg delivers a code library for smooth scrolling. It does not set cookies, but it receives your IP address when files load.
Your choices. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on. The site will still work if you block analytics cookies. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where the law requires it.
How we share information
We share personal information only in these cases:
- Operating Engine. Operating Engine is a Yeti product, also operated by Yeti Technologies. Information you give Yeti may be used across Yeti and Operating Engine, for example to follow up about Operating Engine services that fit your business.
- Service providers. Companies that help us run the site and our business, such as Webflow (hosting), HubSpot (forms, email, and customer relationship management), Google (analytics), and Zoom (webinars). They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Legal reasons. When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Yeti, our users, or others.
- Business transfers. If Yeti is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may transfer as part of that deal.
- With your consent. In any other case where you ask us to or agree that we can.
We do not share your information with our portfolio companies.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Data retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless we're legally required to keep it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No website or online service is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
