Our Partnership

The foundation for Sulu was established when GoCar - the pioneering GPS-guided storytelling vehicle company - partnered with Yeti to reimagine how its self-guided tours were created and managed.

At the time, GoCar's tour creation process was labor-intensive and difficult to scale, with each new tour often taking weeks to produce. To streamline the process, Yeti developed a custom platform that fundamentally changed the way GoCar operated, reducing tour creation from weeks to just hours  - making it faster, easier, and more cost-effective to launch new experiences and keep existing tours current. Paired with Yeti’s business consulting, the technical updates also made it possible for GoCar to increase revenue and profits and ultimately expand to new locations.

As the platform evolved, both teams also recognized that its value extended far beyond GoCar. The software addressed challenges shared by tour operators across the industry, creating an opportunity to transform GoCar’s internal operational platform into a standalone software business.
