Web3

As much of the tech world , we were very involved in Web3 this year including:

• Building a mobile app and non custodial wallet application for Earnity.
• Working on a large design project with a DAO called Inverse finance.
• Helping Method Man launch his NFT project.
• Producing Web3 for Normies - a video series breaking down all the confusing lingo and hype surrounding web3.

E-Commerce

We’re very lucky to have some amazing, long term e-commerce clients. This year we:

• Created one of the first ever cannabis purchase and delivery apps with Caliva.
• Worked with our long term clients at The Citizenry, redesigning their app’s account section and providing customers with an interactive visual of how their purchases affect artisans around the world.

Non-Profits

One of the most rewarding areas we’ve spent a lot of time on this past year has been our work with nonprofits:

• We continued to improve the donation forms for our long term client, Smile Train, allowing them to  bring in millions of dollars to their charity that funds cleft palate surgeries.
• We’ve also expanded our work with Reflectable, helping early childhood educators do their jobs more effectively.
• One of the most exciting steps Yeti took this year has been formalizing our charitable work with Yeti Gives. This new design and development grant allows us to select and work with two small nonprofit organizations per year to help expand their reach through our app design and development services.

  With this year's grant, we worked with an organization called Lasagna Love, redesigning and developing a strategy for rebuilding their portal, which connects people in need of a home cooked meal with local volunteers. Check them out and make a lasagna for someone in your community!

Everything Else!

We also had the opportunity to work on several more exciting, new projects, including:‍

• Working with Droplette to connect their state of the art skin care device to the mobile app we designed.  
• Helping Cupcake Wines bring the Summer of Joy together with a mobile app including sweepstakes, games and customized videos.
• Getting deep into Google and Facebook's review systems with Reviewpoint, to help small businesses connect with their customers more effectively.
• Creating a way for HR professionals to better communicate with employees with Change Engine.
• We’ve also been working on some top secret projects that we can’t really talk about, including  an autonomous car and a few crypto, AI and health and wellness projects.

Internal Projects

We’ve also had the opportunity to work on a ton of internal projects this year, including:

• Launching an all new website at yeti.co
• Publishing our decade worth of accumulated knowledge in our App Design and Development Masterclass at adventureofinventing.com
• Writing a guide to help people design and develop ADA compliant websites and apps
• While a lot of companies now are capitulating on remote work, we felt we really hit our stride with it in 2022. We’ve developed some very solid systems and processes to stay connected, accountable to each other and our clients and have a fun culture without the commute!

  A big part of our remote work culture is our biannual retreats. This year we were able to get the whole team together in Palm Springs and Sedona!

All in all we’ve had a great year here at Yeti, doing what we love: building and launching software with amazing people. Our business is driven off the long term relationships we have with employees and clients, past and present - and we consider ourselves incredibly lucky to have the opportunity  to be surrounded by people who seek out meaningful and worthwhile problems, experiment and creatively collaborate to solve them.
