2025 started off slowly for the Yeti team, but it didn’t stay that way for long.
As the year unfolded, momentum steadily built, and it ultimately became one of our most exciting and impactful years yet. Along the way, we had the chance to collaborate on meaningful products, rethink and improve our internal processes, form partnerships we’re incredibly proud of, and even take the first steps toward a major new venture we’ll be announcing in early 2026.
Before we get ahead of ourselves, though, it’s worth pausing to reflect on the work that defined the past year. Below, you’ll find highlights from the projects we worked on in 2025, along with links to in-depth case studies if you’d like to explore each engagement in more detail. And to our partners on these projects—thank you for making this such a rewarding year.
To kick off the year, we ran an internal AI hackathon to explore how emerging AI tools could transform the way we work. What started as experimentation quickly turned into real results—powering new internal workflows, increasing efficiency, and shaping how we now help clients integrate AI into their own products and processes.

These tools helped reduce friction across teams, improved visibility into internal operations, and laid the foundation for scalable growth within the organization.
We teamed up with EMME to build and launch a platform that connects personal stylists with clients on demand. The product focuses on speed, ease of use, and high-touch personalization—making it simple for users to get expert styling support exactly when they need it, while giving stylists a powerful new way to reach clients.
Our ongoing partnership with ChangeEngine continued this year as we built out a suite of AI-powered tools for the HR space. These features were designed to help HR teams work more efficiently, gain better insights, and deliver more personalized experiences—without increasing operational overhead.
